Attorney Ruben Montoya founded Montoya Law with the idea that if you hire an attorney you should deal with an attorney. Previous to opening his own firm, Mr. Montoya worked for a highly respected Workers’ Compensation / Personal Injury firm and was able to gain experience in workers compensation settlements. From the very start of his career as a lawyer, he would not settle but rather work hard for what the injured or wronged clients’ deserved. Mr. Montoya always tried and prevailed for his clients.

Ruben Montoya has tried many trials with favorable outcomes and settled millions out of court. He understands that injured workers come to him during a very difficult time and trust injured workers and families well-being in our law office.
