He has recently concentrated on class action litigation and education- and employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and Fair Housing Act violations. Notably, Mr. Skapik and his team secured an $11 million recovery for the government in a Qui Tam False Claims Act case.

Attorney Geralyn Skapik focuses her practice on general tort liability, municipal defense, environmental law, and complex litigation. She also brings significant experience in False Claims Act matters, civil rights class actions, employment and labor law, wage and hour disputes, trucking litigation, and cases involving for-profit educational institutions.
